Ballast Water Treatment Technology's Newsletter of 3 September 2019 is featuring an article about the latest Singaporean regulation where Singapore registered vessels are to have post-commissioning testing of ballast water management systems from 9 September 2019. With this new regulation they are months if not years ahead of any amendment to the Ballast Water Management Convention.
